At reception you will receive a wristband, the wristband permits free entry throughout the day.

Annual Pass
If you are a regular visitor, you can benefit from reduced entry fees by purchasing an “Annual Pass”. Annual passes are valid for twelve months from date of purchase and permit free entry for an entire year. Annual passes are available for Adults, Seniors, Students, and Families. Child passes are available but must be purchased together with either a student, senior, or adult pass.

Discounts
Disabled and carers. Carers must provide proof of identity. 50% discount provided to both the individual and carer.
NHS staff, Blue Light Services, and Armed Forces (serving and retired), upon proof of identity, individuals will be provided with 50% discount.
