Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are an ideal way to allow the recipient to decide the best experience for themselves, or to use the gift voucher towards the purchase of entry, or goods from the shop. Choose how much you want to spend, click on the Paypal button, and we will send the voucher to you. If you are in a rush, let us know and we can send an e-voucher.
Gift vouchers can be redeemed towards the purchase of entry wristbands, goods, experiences, and sponsorship. The voucher must be redeemed before the expiry date. Where the value of the voucher exceeds the value of the goods or services purchased, the difference in value will not be refunded. Voucher cannot be exchanged for credit or cash. Vouchers may be used to book experiences. Where the voucher value is less than the cost of the experience, the difference in value must be paid by card or cash on the day of the booking. On occasions where a booking is made using a gift voucher and the voucher holder fails to keep the appointment, the voucher will be cancelled.
Experience Vouchers
Experience vouchers are available for all bird of prey experiences, sponsorship, and annual passes. Experience vouchers are valid for twelve months from date of purchase, in some cases the validity will be longer due to specific seasons affecting specific experiences.
If you wish to purchase an experience or annual pass to be sent to your own address, then click on the Paypal button and follow the instructions.
If you wish to purchase a sponsorship for a specific bird, then contact us using the “contact us” page, e-mail, or telephone to advise us of your choice.
If you wish to purchase an experience, sponsorship, or annual pass to be sent to someone at another address, then please contact us using the “contact us” page, e-mail, or telephone to confirm specific details.

Bookings
Please Note : Experiences must be booked in advance.
To arrange a booking, please see the following :-
Check the experience page to confirm the desired experience is available during the period you want to participate.
Contact us by e-mail, “contact us” page, or by telephone to check availability of that experience on the day you wish to participate.
When we confirm the experience is available, purchase the experience from the list below using the Paypal payment button. Your Paypal receipt will be your confirmation of the booking. Once we receive confirmation the payment has been made, details will be entered in our schedule.

*Spectators are only permitted on Hawk Walks, Meet the Owls, flying experience and Meet the Birds Experiences.
Experience Sessions are 1:1 or 2:1, we can cater for larger parties by special arrangement. By dedicating our time to one or two individuals, we can ensure the participants get the most from the experience. All activities within the Bird of Prey Centre, or associated with the operation of the centre, are covered by our Public Liability Insurance.
Bird Sponsorship & Sponsorship Vouchers
In return for your sponsorship, you will receive a certificate and free pass, both valid for twelve months. Your sponsor nameplate will be displayed on your bird's pen or aviary.
Please use the contact us form to confirm the name of the person that should appear on the certificate and sponsor plate, postal address, if different from the payment address, and the name of the bird, if known.
Annual Pass
To include details of recipient, or instructions, please use the contact form on the “Contact Us” page.
Tickets are valid for 12 months.
**Family Annual Pass allows two adults and two children free entry for the period of validity. It's also available to purchase as a gift for someone else - Please use the contact-us form to confirm details of the recipient.
Other Goods or Services
If you have already contacted us about purchasing other goods or services, and wish to pay for these on-line, then please use the "Buy Now" button below to process the payment. Enter the agreed amount on the PayPal checkout with a description of the goods required and ensure your contact details are correct. Upon confirmation of payment received, we will contact you, or post the goods to you.
If you wish to discuss a tailor-made package for someone special or for group activities, please call or email us, we will be happy to customise a package to suit your requirements.
Terms of Use: Vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Refunds are not available if the activity is cancelled by the voucher holder.
